Real estate packages are delivered within 24–48 hours — fast enough for any MLS deadline. Pricing starts at $195 for 20 HDR photos (Starter), $275 for 30 photos (Standard), and $395 for 45 photos (Professional). Absolutely. Commercial and business space photography is available for restaurants, offices, retail stores, corporate environments, hospitality venues, medical facilities, and more. TJ comes directly to your location to capture polished, marketing-ready images of your interiors, exteriors, ambiance, and brand identity. Ideal for websites, Google Business profiles, menus, and social media. Sessions start at $350–$525 for 2–3 hours.

Commercial projects are edited in True Color by default — accurate, vibrant, and consistent across your entire collection. For business space photography, the Signature Modern Vintage style is also available if it suits your brand aesthetic. TJ will discuss the best fit for your project during the quote process.

Atelier Lens LLC is based in New Baltimore, MI and primarily serves Macomb County, St. Clair County, Sanilac County, and the Northern Oakland & Lapeer Corridor. With 10+ years of experience and advanced editing, TJ delivers quality angles, candids, and details that complement any lead photographer. All RAW files are delivered promptly to the lead. All finished images are delivered through a secure, private Pixieset gallery with high-resolution downloads. For real estate, images are MLS-ready and optimized for web and print. For product and jewelry, files are delivered in formats suitable for e-commerce platforms, print, and marketing materials. Full commercial usage rights are included.
